Do Raspberry Ketones really help you lose weight?

The low range of protein adiponectin is more common among men and women with type 2 diabetes and those who are obese.
The study from 2008. of 15 men and women showed applications of ketone improved both hair growth and skin elasticity over 5 months (“Growth Hormone and IGF Research”).
Raspberry Ketones Side Effects
Not included in the hype are the possible dangerous effects of raspberry ketones. Because ketones control the body’s release of norepinephrine, it causes a spike in body temperature that may cause to a temporary metabolic increase. Along with increasing body temperature, this hormone can also raise heart rate and blood pressure.
